By using MyOpAssist, you agree to these Terms.
2. Nature of the Service
MyOpAssist provides:
- Information and reminders
- Patient-reported symptom collection
- Communication support for clinics
MyOpAssist does not:
- Provide medical advice
- Diagnose or treat medical conditions
- Replace healthcare professionals
3. No Emergency Service
MyOpAssist is:
- Not continuously monitored
- Not an emergency service
If you experience serious symptoms, you must seek immediate medical care or call 000.
4. Clinical Responsibility
All medical care and decisions remain the responsibility of your clinic and healthcare providers.
MyOpAssist does not make clinical decisions or guarantee that alerts will be reviewed immediately.
5. SMS and Access
Access to MyOpAssist is provided via SMS links.

- Delivery is not guaranteed
- Access requires identity verification
You are responsible for accessing and using the service appropriately.
6. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Use the service only for your own care
- Not to misuse or interfere with the system
7. Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee:
- Continuous availability
- Error-free operation
The service may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
PLXUS PTY LTD is not liable for:
- Clinical outcomes
- Failure of a clinic to act on information
- Missed or delayed alerts
- SMS delivery failures
- Indirect or consequential loss
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Your use of MyOpAssist is subject to our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
