MyOpAssist is a platform used by clinics to support patient communication and collect patient-reported recovery updates.

- Name
- Mobile phone number
- Date of birth
- Surgery details (date, type, side)
- Medication indicators (e.g., blood thinners, GLP-1)
- Appointment details
- Clinic and surgeon information
From Patients
- Identity verification information (e.g., date of birth)
- Check-in responses (e.g., symptoms, pain levels, wound status)
- Wound photos (if uploaded)
- Optional notes
- Technical information (IP address, browser type, timestamps)
This may include sensitive health information.
4. How We Collect Information
We collect information:
- From clinics when they enrol patients
- Directly from patients when they use the platform
- Automatically through secure system operations
We only collect information necessary to operate the service.

SMS delivery depends on third-party providers and is not guaranteed.

- Service providers supporting the platform (e.g., hosting, SMS delivery, storage)
